If there are any issues with the products you have received, please be assured we are here to respond to your concerns and will address them. Either email us or call us via our Contact page.

If there is a problem with your order we will gladly exchange it for you or process a refund. To do this we would, however, need you to return your order to us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and unopened condition.

Regarding delivery issues please be aware that once your order has been picked from us for Hand Delivery, or sent with Australia Post we can only rely on their best efforts. You should receive a tracking email from from us when your order has been dispatched by Australia Post, and it would be best to contact them first with any enquiries you may have. If you still do not have answers, please contact us by email or phone via our Contact page. We will do whatever we can to assist you.

All our Gift Packs, Corporate, Custom and Themed Cookies are available for delivery Australia wide.

Please note that there are also generally delivery delays during high volume and peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas. Unfortunately, we are unable to control or guarantee delivery time frames on behalf of carriers as these are matters over which we have no control.

For Same Day Deliveries, if there is no one to receive a delivery, the delivery will be returned to Memory Lane Cookies and additional charges will apply.

We arrange deliveries based on the information we have been provided. If any information is incomplete or incorrect, it is possible that your order will be unable to be delivered. Please ensure full delivery details are included and for businesses the business name, and if applicable Level and/or Suite number.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if there is no one to receive a delivery or no safe place to leave it.

Please ensure you provide a name, phone number and full delivery address. Try and ensure that someone will be available to receive the delivery. If there is no one to receive it, or no safe place to leave it, the delivery may go back to a local Post Office or other Postal Collection Point. We ship all of our Custom Cookies Australia wide with Australia Post, subject to their delivery time frames and your location.

Cookie Cakes need to be refrigerated and consumed within three days.
