Refund policy

Refunds
Memory Lane Cookies offer refunds for products that are faulty or defective due to our error. Refunds will be whole or partial, determined on a case by case basis. As we sell perishable goods, we are unable to make refunds based on an incorrect purchase or change of mind once the order has been shipped. 

If your received product is faulty or detective in any way, a refund request must be sent to sales@memorylanecookies.com.au within 7 days of purchase outlining the fault in your received product, preferably with pictures if applicable.

Upon receiving your email, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, or if further information is required. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
